Shipping & Delivery
Who delivers my item?
Your items are delivered by our execution center and will be handed over to you through your local postal service.
How can I track the progress of my package?
We will send you the tracking number by email just after shipping, and you can visit the following page to track your package's journey: https://takumiya.fr/suivi-commande
Why haven't I received my item?
Delivery can take between 5 to 12 days depending on your location and the opening hours of your local post office.
** The item's guarantee period lasts 50 working days, and the buyer is eligible for a resend of an order if the item has still not been received.
What are the delivery hours?
Items are delivered according to the arrangements of your local post office and are usually delivered during office hours. (Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm).
What happens if no one is at home?
Don't worry, most of our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough, and if the postman does not have access to your mailbox, your package will be left at your post office for you to pick up!
Where are you from?
Our offices are based in Blanquefort, a small town just next to Bordeaux in France.
I entered the wrong delivery address, what do I do?
Don't worry, contact us immediately, and we will be happy to update it.
Just send us your corrected address with your order number, and we will change your information.
Address change after receiving delivery confirmation
In accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, any modification of the order cannot be made and is exclusively the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
I don't like my item, or I chose a size too big, can I return it?
Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 30 days following the receipt of the package. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
Can I return the item and exchange it?
Provided that the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Send us an email and we will take care of the rest.
I changed my mind about my item, what should I do?
If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to be changed and we will do the necessary. Any order change must be made within 2 hours following the initial purchase.
Can I change my item after receiving the confirmation by email?
Unfortunately no. All items that have left our warehouse are final and cannot be changed.
Refunds and Cancellations
What is your refund policy?
All purchased items may be returned and/or refunded, subject to the discretion and approval of the management, given the following conditions:
- Return requests are accepted within 30 working days following delivery.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, delivered with all their parts and labels.
- Damaged/defective/incorrect products may be exchanged.
- Order cancellation can be made before the orders are shipped, and the management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after the shipment of the items and/or after 2 hours from the initial purchase.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The management reserves the right to refuse any return/refund, and each case is subject to the sole decision of the company. The company will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the return of the product before receiving a refund.
Any change of address is subject to the approval of the management, and shipped/completed orders are strictly non-modifiable.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the payment system used at purchase.
I still haven't received my refund?
Please inform us immediately by email if you have not received it after 14 working days.
Damaged Items
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately, and you will have the choice either to be refunded or to exchange your item.
Others
Confirmation Email Not Received
If you haven't received an email confirming your purchase, please inform us immediately at our email address: contact@takumiya.fr with your full name, address, and city of delivery, and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Sometimes our emails may end up in your junk mail or other folders, so please check them before contacting us.
Partnerships and Sponsorship
We currently do not have any sponsorship or partnership programs at this time. However, if you have good ideas, feel free to send us an email.
